WHAT IS CROSSFIT?

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies, tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, soccer moms,  and  other elite and professional athletes worldwide.  It can be scaled according to any person based on their individual needs.

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist. The programming is designed for universal scalability and is perfect for anyone who is committed to getting into the best shape of their life regardless of age, experience, or current fitness level. We scale loads and intensity, we do not change programs. The fitness needs of cage fighters and professional athletes differ from our children and elderly by degree, not by kind.
