Our Classes

At CrossFit Fine Tuned Machine, we make training inclusive. That means people at every fitness level are given access to quality coaching and programs. From traditional CrossFit to Nutrition Counseling, we can help you transform your body from the inside out. Just choose your course of action and get started!

  • On Ramp

    Our On-Ramp class teaches the primary fundamental movements we focus on in CrossFit as well as terminology that is specific to the culture of CrossFit. The program is 3 classes, each one taking 45 minutes. After the three sessions, you’ll have a better understanding of the theory and practice of CrossFit, our nine fundamental movements, how our classes are structured, and some of the slang that makes up our culture.

  • CrossFit

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! Plus, we scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum result every time.

  • Olympic Weightlifting

    We require all our athletes to learn and practice the olympic lifts because they improve balance, coordination, power, flexibility, timing, speed, strength, and accuracy. No other weightlifting movements are performed faster, or are more complex. As a result, there is a specific progression we follow to build our athletes up to performing the olympic lifts and these movements take time to learn. Once technique is proficient, we increase weight and reps to challenge ourselves. Many times, we’ll start you with a broomstick, teach parts of the movement, and progress to the full movement as time goes on.

  • Personal Training

    Nothing gets you to your goals faster than personal training. Our experienced coaches will dive into to your specific needs and work 1-on-1 to create optimal workouts that drive your success.

  • Nutrition Counseling

    The best training in the world won’t work without the right nutrition. We’ll help you find the proper diet for your body type, goals, and health needs. If you’re struggling with certain issues, or even if you feel “perfectly fine,” nutritional guidance is critical to your success in fitness.

  • Crossfit Mobility

    Learn to “stretch with purpose” in our mobility classes. It’s designed to help you improve mechanics and perform basic maintenance on yourself. That includes recovering from high-intensity workouts, managing soreness, and achieving better positioning. Discover the powers of foam rolling, self-myofascial release, PNF, trigger points, self- massage, stretch band work and much more
